As the name indicates on, Mezena is truly a smooth and flat place that is so nice to walk around or situate oneself and enjoy the panoramic ecstasies while inhaling a natural fresh air. It is a place of emerald, luxuriant to produce adorable fruits and vegetables compared to other places in the vicinity. To bring up the name given by the elders into the line, Leading Tourism Services Plc has developed Mezena Resort & Spa with the-state-of- the art of ecological designs. This high end luxury lodge becomes a preference for tourist, vacationers, business travelers, while generating job opportunities for the community in the area.

Mezena Resort & Spa opens its doors in September 2017 to provide an eco-friendly hospitality services in Lalibela. The Lodge & Spa is inaugurated in the presence of concerned government authorities, religious leaders, elders in the vicinity and invited guests.

Ideally situated on the Eastern side of the city of Lalibela, on approximately 16.55 Acres (67,000) of land, in a remarkably afforested compounded with luxuriant trees and savannah grasses, featured by 30 extra-big gorgeous bungalows, built with the state – of- the art lodge technologies consisting of 48 heavenly beds are supplemented with high speed internet in each room. All our Bungalows feature specious private verandas with scenic views of the hills of Lalibela and this modern – classic lodge and spa creates unforgettable experience to the discerning travelers. Architectural Design

Mezena Resort and Spa has been designed by an Architect who has vast experience in designing Lodges and Hotels in different countries. The Architect has combined the Ethiopian classical architectures with the modern day lodge designs successfully.
